Orders & Proofs
All custom orders are produced based on the artwork, specifications, quantities, and sizes you approve. We provide a digital proof for your review before production begins. It is your responsibility to verify spelling, colors, sizing, and design placement on the proof. Once a proof is approved, production may begin and changes may not be possible.
Pricing & Payment
Quotes are based on the details provided and may change if the scope of your order changes. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of your order. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have permission to use any logos, images, or designs you submit for printing. T Shirt Shoppe is not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes arising from customer-supplied artwork.
Turnaround & Delivery
We make every effort to meet agreed-upon timelines. Production times begin once artwork and any required payment are confirmed. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Cancellations
Because custom-printed and embroidered items are made to order, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or an error on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
